Bug Description

When I want to navigate to certain sub pages inside settings I get a blank screen instead. The URL seems to get updated by incorrectly. I can mitigate the bug when I change the URL manually. See the attached video.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install latest Version of Strapi
2. Go to Settings
3. Try to navigate to "Internationalization"

Expected Behavior

The sub page Internationalization should load
