Please explain why this content is legitimate

kesug.com is a domain name owned by infinity free, a hosting service. They are a real company they are just abused like render, netlify or vercel. They do accept abuse reports and take down content.

It does not seem to block it when in reality, it does the same thing as netlify, vercel or render does.

Is this a duplicate request?
